Good Night Monitor (goodnightmonitor.com and mobile apps) is a professional tool for the technical monitoring of audiovisual installations, reserved for Good Night GN customers and their teams. Access requires an account created by the operator.
Good Night Monitor is a monitoring aid. It reports states and anomalies as they reach it, with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or timeliness. It does not replace the presence or vigilance of technical staff on site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Night GN cannot be held liable for any malfunction, failure, interruption or damage of any kind affecting the monitored installations and kits — projectors, servers, networks, players, sound, lighting or video equipment — nor for their consequences, including where an alarm was not issued, arrived late or was not received.
The service depends on elements outside Good Night GN's control (internet and mobile networks, Apple and Google notification services, power supply at the sites, phone settings). Their failure shall not engage its liability.
Specific terms agreed by contract with a customer prevail over this clause. Nothing in this clause excludes Good Night GN's liability where the law prohibits such exclusion.
The website, the apps, their texts, interfaces and logos are the property of Good Night GN. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
See the privacy policy.
