What the app uses, and why

Microphone, camera and photo library

These accesses are only used at the moment you use them. The app never records sound or images in the background.

What the app does not do

Where this data lives

On your operator's server, and on the equipment of your sites. The app stores nothing with a third-party provider.

One exception, imposed by the system: Apple delivers notifications. The title and text of a notification therefore pass through its servers, as for any iOS app.

Separation between organizations

Each organization only sees its own sites, its own alarms and its own documents. Exchanges with the server are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as the sites concerned are operated. Your operator sets the applicable retention periods and can delete an account at any time; deleting an account removes its access immediately, and local copies of documents disappear from the phone at the next connection.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion. First contact the operator who provided your account; otherwise, write to contact@goodnightgn.live. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

Deleting the app

Uninstalling the app erases local copies of documents and access to notifications. Data linked to your account remains with your operator, who alone can delete it.
